CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.-R-83-19
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED
BY PAN AMERICAN BANK AT 8151 N.W. 88 AVENUE (TAMARAC TOWN
SQUARE); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Pan American Bank has requested a waiver
from'the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
-Pan-American Bank 8151 N.W. 88 Avenue Tamarac Town Square)__
for a third sign on the west wall of the building
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): THE HEIGHT OF THE
LETTERS IS NOT TO EXCEED 12-INCHES AND ALL OTHER CRITERIA OF
THE CENTER IS TO BE MAINTAINED.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2 6 t h day of January 1983.
