CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--83-19�o
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE OFFICIALS TO
CALL THE BOND POSTED BY NORANDA-DEVCO JOINT VENTURES,
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH McNAB PLAZA
NORTH: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Noranda-Devco Joint Venture, as principal, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. 591, in the amount of $12,202.75, with Consolidated Bank,
N.A., as surety, thereunder to guarantee public improvements associated with
McNab Plaza North; and
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly completed
work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not properly
completed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIrA.
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and correct.
16 SECTION 2: That Letter of Credit No. 591, in the amount of $12,202.75,
17 posted by Noranda-Devco Joint Venture, as principal, and. Consolidated Bank, N. A.,
as surety, is hereby called by the City of Tamarac if the remedial repairs have not
been completed or if an extension has not been provided to said bond on or before

SECTION 3: That if remedial repairs have been completed by July 25,
1983, Letter of Credit No. 591 is released.
SECTION 4: This Resolution is effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1983.
