CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-185
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE
REQUESTED BY FOUNTAIN APARTMENTS, 6175 N. W. 57 STREET,
FOR AN OVER -SIZED GROUND SIGN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Fountain Apartments has requested a waiver from the Sign
Ordinance No. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Caitmittee reviewed this request and has
made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Fountain Apartments, 6175 N. W. 57 Street, for a 4' x 7' ground sign, is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval:
1. City Planner to approve beautification.
2. Sign is to be located as indicated on the application.
3. If the property is sold, this approval is subject to reconsideration
by Council.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this l3th day of July, 1983.
