CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83- 182
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
ALLOW ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
REQUESTED BY BEVERLY HILLS CAFE V IN COMMERCIAL
GARDEN MALL (A/K/A THE GARDENS) 7041 WEST COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD, PETITION #10-Z-83; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
�eTHER�AS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
-_granting af_special exception to permit consumption of alcoholic
beverages on the premises at Commercial Garden Mall (a/k/a The
Gardens) requested by Beverly Hills Cafe V; and
WHEREAS, a public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concerning
the application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
on -premises consumption of alcoholic beverages requested by Beverly Hills
Cafe V, Petition #10-Z-83 at Commercial Garden Mall (a/k/a The
Gardens), 7041 West Commercial Boulevard, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1 - 2:00 A.M., local time, closing.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 13th day of July , 1983.
