CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-ZO/
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
ALLOW A RESTAURANT IN A B-2 ZONING DISTRICT
REQUESTED BY BEVERLY HILLS CAFE V IN COMMERCIAL
GARDEN MALL (A/K/A THE GARDENS) 7041 WEST
COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD, PETITION #9-Z-83; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit a restaurant in a B-2
Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
a restaurant in a B-2 Zoning District requested by.Beverly Hills
Cafe V, Petition #9-Z-83 at Commercial Garden Mall (a/k/a The
Gardens), 7041 West Commerical Boulevard, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval: 10 DN09
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
