A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE LIST OF CITY
OFFICIALS WHOSE SIGNATURES ARE AUTHORIZED
FOR CITY ACCOUNTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

8 WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution R-80-138 authorized
9 certain City Officials whose signatures were to be accepted on behalf of the
20 City on its account at the Summit Bank; and

WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to Amend in part and confirm
22
23 in part the list of authorized signatures for all banking institutions in which
the City transacts business.
24 NOW, �EORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
25 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the signatures of Mayor Walter W. Falck and.
City Manager Laura Z. Stuurmans are required as authorized signatures to
transact banking business on behalf of the City at the North Carolina National
:lank (NCNB), formerly known as the Summit Bank. In the absence of the Mayor,
Vice Mayor Helen Massaro is designated as signatory. In the absence of the
22 Mayor and Vice Mayor, Councilman Philip Kravitz is designated as
signatory. In the City Manager's absence, the Acting City Manager is
designated as signatory.

25 SECTION 2: That until further notice the Officials listed in
26 Section 1 are authorized, so long as they hold the office designated, and only
27 those Officials are authorized to sign on behalf of the City, for any City
28 account(s) at NCNB.

SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
send a Certified Copy of this Resolution to the NCNB and furthermore, to
32 notify NCNB in writing should any of the authorized City Officials cease to
hold the office indicated in Section 1 above.

SECTION 4: This Resolution shall became effective immediately
upon adoption.
