CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-175
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND GRANTING AN EASEMENT
ON NORTHWEST 77TH WAY NORTH OF NORTHWEST 61ST
STREET TO FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF ONE (1) POLE AND GUY WIRES,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 6-foot by 15-foot Easement located on
the property of Tamarac Utilities West, requested by Florida Power and Light
Cmpany which is attached as Exhibit 1 to this Resolution is hereby approved
and granted. The appropriate City Officials are authorized to execute said
Easement.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record
this Easement in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

The undersigned, owner (s) of the premises described below, in consideration of the payment of S 1.00 and other
good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grant and give to Florida Power
& light Company, its licensees, agents, successors, and assigns, an casement forever for the construction, operation and
maintenance of overhead and underground electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits and appur-
tenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, enlarge, change the voltage,
as well as, the size of and remove such facilities or any of them, on the property described as follows:

Parcel "A" of Tamarac Utilities Plat No. One as recorded in Plat
Book 101 at Page 47 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
Said land situate in the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida.
and shown on Exhibit "A" attached herewith.
together with the right to permit any other person, firm or corporation to attach wires to any facilities hereunder and lay
cable and conduit within the easement and to operate the same for communications purposes with the right of ingress
and egress to said premises at all times, to clear the land and keep it cleared of all trees, undergrowth or other obstructions
within the easement area; to trim and cut and keep trimmed and cut all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees or limbs
outside of the easement area which might interfere with or fall upon the lines or systems of communications or power trans-
mission or distribution, and further grants, to the fullest extent the undersigned has the power to grant, if at all, the rights
hereinabove granted on the land heretofore described, over, along, under and across the roads, streets or highways adjoining or
through said property.
