RESOLUTION NO. R - 83 -17 2
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR AQUATIC PLANT
CONTROL FOR THE CITY OF TAMARAC-'BID'NO. 83;11
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the Administration to
go to bid at its Meeting on May 17 , 1983, and,
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Miami Herald
a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on June 10
and June 17 1983, and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on June 30
, 1983, and
WHEREAS, Lakes Doctors, Inc., is the lowest
fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Lakes Doctors, Inc., in the amount
of $7.68 per acre per month, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: That the proper City Officials are authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement on behalf of the City with the above
mentioned bidder to encompass and clarify the terms of the bid.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 13th day of Jul , 1983.
