CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-169
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO (2) REGULAR MEMBERS AND
TWO (2) ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT;
SETTING FORTH THE EXPIRATION OF THE TERMS OF OFFICE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) regular members to the Board of Adjustment
expire on July 16, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the terms of two (2) alternate members to the Board of Adjustment
expire on July 8, 1983, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to fill the positions of two (2) regular
members and two (2) alternate members to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That EDWARD H. ROCKWELL and ROBERT SOKOL
are hereby appointed as regular members of the Board of Adjustment, for three year
--terms-to expire with all the powers and duties enumer-
ated in F.S.S. 163 and Section 28 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 2: That CHARLES FOX and JOIIN LACHMANN
are hereby appointed as alternate members of the Board of Adjustment, for ane year

SECTION 3: Any regular member or alternate member of the Board of Adjustment
may be removed from office for cause by the City Council upon written charges and
after public hearing.
SECTION 4:This Resolution shall become effective upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 13t h day of _ July 1983.
