CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-167
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE.
PLANNING COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, there presently exists a vacancy of one (1) alternate member on
the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of appointing a member to fill this vacant
on the Planning Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Chapter 28 of the Code, IRVING TEPPE R
is hereby appointed an alternate member of the Planning Commission for a term to
expire April 15, 1984.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 13th day of __ _ _July 1983.
