CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 83-164
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY FOUNTAIN APARTMENTS,
6175 N.W. 57 STREET, FOR AN OVER -SIZED
GROUND SIGN;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Fountain Apartments has requested a
waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing
signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request
and has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Fountain Apartments, 6175 N.W. 57 Street,
for an 8'x24' ground sign
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any) This approval is
subject to receiving approval of Beautification Committee on landscape plans.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
