CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-,7_13
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED BY LENNAR HOMES TO GUARANTEE
INSTALLATION OF LANDSCAPING FOR THE KINGS
POINT PROFESSIONAL PLAZA PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes has posted with the City a cash
bond in the amount of $12,500.00 to guarantee the installation
of landscaping at the Kings Point Professional Plaza Project.
WHEREAS, the Department of Community Development has
found that the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the cash Bond Posted by Lennar Homes
in the amount of $12,500.00 posted to guarantee the installation
of landscaping at the Dings Point Professional Plaza is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
