RESOLUTION NO. R- '16
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE
ABSOLUTE FROM LENRAR HOMES, INC. ,
FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR ASHMONT - PHASE I;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That�the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Lennar Homes, Inc., for the water distribution
-and sewage collection system for ASHMONT - PHASE I
is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This'Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its adoption.
