RE: C. Michael Oliver Sketch of Community Directional Sign
"Bonaire at Woodmont"
Dear Joe:
I am writing to confirm discussions we had in Tamarac City ball on
Thursday, June 16, 1983, regarding your request for a Bonaire off -
site directional ground sign on the East side of University Drive
opposite the Woodmont entrance. We agreed that if City Council
approved this sign reasonable conditions could apply; therefore,
please have the appropriate Bonaire corporate officer sign below
indicating his approval of the following conditions if City Council
approves the Bonaire sign:
1) Approval would be for one (1) year. If a renewal is re-
quested, it is understood that the City would more closely consider
whether or not the sign should stay, depending on the development
on the East side of University Drive in the proposed area of the
sign location. This first approval in no way insures or indicates
a renewal by City Council in 1984.
2) Should -the Model Sales Office close permanently for any
reason, then Bonaire would cause the removal of the sign within ten
(10) calendar days.
3) Within thirty (30) calendar days after written demand is
'received from the City of Tamarac by hand delivery or Certified mail
at the below address, Bonaire agrees to cause the removal of the
sign. The basis for removal would be to allow for development of the
service road or other right-of-way improvement on the East side of
