CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83- ,�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
TO PERMIT A DELICATESSEN IN CONJUNCTION WITH A
PROPOSED SEAFOOD MARKET IN FAMILY MART SHOPPING
CENTER REQUESTED BY FISH KETTLE, INC. (KURT AND
CARMEN SEILER) IN A B-2 ZONING DISTRICT, PETITION
#8-Z-83; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit a delicatessen in con-
junction with a proposed seafood market in a B-2 Zoning District;
and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the applica-
tion for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for..sx c.i_.1 exception _would be in keeping with the public
health, saf;ety and general.welfare of the Cif of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit
a delicatessen in conjunction with a proposed seafood market in a
B-2 Zoning District, Petition #8-Z-83,is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval; !AAV D Af6--_
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
