A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
4 FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE IN ACCORDANCE
WITH RULE 12-10.09 (F.A.C.) TO DESIGNATE A
5 BANK TO RECEIVE THE REVENUE SHARING STATE
WARRANT; AUTHORIZING THE BANK SO DESIGNATED
TO WIRE TRANSFER SAID REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
TO A BANK DESIGNATED BY CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
TO RECEIVE SUCH FUNDS; AND FURTHER TO AUTHORIZE
THE BANK DESIGNATED BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
8 REVENUE TO DEDUCT THE COST OF THE WIRE TRANSFER
FROM THE AMOUNT RECEIVED FROM TRANSFER; AND PROVIDING
9 AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
10 WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Revenue has adopted
11 Chapter -I-m�10.09 Wire Deposit of Revenue Sharing Funds in the
12 Rules of Department of Revenue, State of Florida, and
13 WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City of Tamarac
14 to receive the revenue sharing funds by wire transfer.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
16 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
17 SECTION 1: That, in accordance with S.S. 17.075, Florida
1.8 Statutes, and Rule 12-10.09, (F.A.C.) the Florida Department
of Revenue, is authorized to designate a bank to receive the
20 revenue sharing State warrant.
21 SECTION 2: That the bank so designated is authorized to
22 wire transfer said revenue sharing funds to a bank designated
23 by the City of Tamarac to receive such funds.
24 SECTION 3: That the bank designated by the Florida Depart-
25 ment of Revenue is authorized to deduct the cost of the wire
26 transfer from the amount received for transfer.
27 SECTION 4: That this Resolution shall take effect immed-
28 iately upon its adoption.
29 PASSED APPROVED AND ADOPTED this day of 1983.
