CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
RESOLUTION NO. R___3 L '
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE
NO. 76-26 FOR A HOME LOCATED AT 8620 BANYAN COURT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond, in the form of Passbook Account
# 369854 with Hollywood Federal Savings and Loan Association, in the amount of
$1,500.00, posted pursuant to Ordinance No. 76-26, as a warranty against constructio
defects and code violations for a home located at 8620 Banyan Court, is hereby
released to Melvin Schwartz and Jeanne Schwartz.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of1983.
