CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-k3-jV7
A RESOLUTION CANCELLING AN EASEMENT AND OPTION AGREEMENT
FROM DOUGLAS WOLFE, AS TRUSTEE AND NOT INDIVIDUALLY, FOR
WESTVIEW AT COLONY WEST/PARCEL R PROJECT; AUTHORIZING
RETURN OF A CASH BOND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Council, by motion, on January 27, 1982, authorized Douglas
Wolfe, as Trustee and Not Individually, to utilize a trailer for temporary model,
sales and administrative purposes; and
WHEREAS, as a condition to said approval, the City was provided with
guarantees, in the form of an Easement and Option Agreement and a cash bond, that
the trailer would be removed in a timely manner; and
,WHEREAS, the trailer has been removed from Westview at Colony West/Parcel
R Project in a timely manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Easement and Option Agreement from Douglas Wolfe, as
Trustee and Not Individually, for Westview at Colony West/Parcel R project, for the
City to remove or demolish the temporary structure used for a sales and administra-
tive office, is HEREBY CANCELLED.
SECTION 2: That the $2,000.00 cash bond, posted by Douglas Wolfe, as
Trustee and Not Individually, to cover the cost of removal or demolition of the
temporary structure, is HEREBY CANCELLED.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1983.
