BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc., for the sewage collection system.. improvements, for the Lakes of Carriage Hills project, is HEREBY APPROVED. SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme- diately upon its adoption.
