CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY LAKES OF
CARRIAGE HILLS, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc. , as Principal,
ind -Great American Bank of Davie as Surety,
ias filed with the City Letter of Credit No. L/C #063 in the
10 mount of $121,150.50 to guarantee public improvements at
]1 Lakes of Carriage Hills project; and
.22 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been

OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
LORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. L/C #063 posted by
Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc as Principal,
nd Great American Bank of Davie , as Surety, in
he amount of $121,150.50 for public improvements at Lakes of Carriage
Hills project is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
f a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $ 28,125.13.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
