RESOLUTION NO. R-8 3-135
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO A
WAIVER OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY
LAKES OF CARRIAGE HILLS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE.DATE.
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills has requested an extension
to a waiver from the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 governing approval of
signs on property other than the applicant's property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the extension to a waiver of the Sign
Ordinance requested by Lakes of Carriage Hills for a temporary
community directional sign, to be erected on property owned by Sabal
Palm Country Club at the northeast corner of Commercial Boulevard
and Rock Island Road, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any):
THIS APPROVAL SHALL TERMINATE UPON THE SALE OF THE GOLF COURSE; OTHERWISE,
THIS APPROVAL SHALL BE VALID FOR ONE YEAR FROM MAY 25, 1983.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
