CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-131
A RESOLUTION RELEASING BONDS POSTED PURSUANT
TO ORDINANCE NO. 76-26 BY HEFTLER HOMES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following cash warranty bonds posted
by.Heftler Homes, pursuant to Ordinance No. 76-26, as a warranty
against construction defects and code violations, are hereby released.
a - Block 1, Lot 4 - $1,500.00
b - Block 1, Lot 5 - $1,500.00
c - Block 1, Lot 6 - $1,500.00
SECTION 2: This release is subject to:
a - All fees due the City be paid.
b - That the $852.00 paid for Lot 4 for plumbing
be deducted.
c - Payment of charges for streetlicrhting, the amount
of which will depend on the number of lights to be
installed as recommended by the Engineering Depart-
ment.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this WS day of 1983.
