RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 82-256, AS
AMENDED BY RESOLUTION 82-381, WHICH DESIGNATED
THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS RESPONSIBLE FOR
MONITORING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES AQUATIC PLANT CONTROL FUNDING
PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982/83; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Resolution 82-256, as amended by Resolution 82-381, designated
a Project Administrator to serve as a liaison with the Department of Natural
Resources in routine matters and provide direct supervision and administration
concerning the Aquatic Plant Control Funding Program for the City of Tamarac,
referred to as the Grantee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend said Resolution 82-256,
as amended by Resolution 82-381, and the individual designated as Project,Adminis-
trator.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 2 of Resolution 82-256 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"SECTION 2: That Gregory M. Turek is the Grantee's
assigned Project Administrator who is knowledgeable
of all provisions of the State Aquatic Plant Control
Funding Program and Chapter 16C-50, Florida Adminis-
trative Code; and"
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
