CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-123
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF SOCIAL
SERVICES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. .
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing+a; member to the Board
of Social Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Code Section 2-8, MILTON KERN
is hereby appointed a member of the Board of Social Services for a term to expire
May 11, 1984
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2 St h day of May 1983.
