2 RESOLUTION NO. R-83-12
3 A RESOLUTION ISSUING A DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR THE
LAKESIDE AT TAMARAC, REVISED SITE PLAN. DEVELOPMENT
4 ORDER M. 068 ; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicabl
law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the applica-
a tion for a development order by the applicant for development approval; and
9 PEEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the application,
10 staff and Planning Commission recommendations; and
22 WEEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and accompanying
12 documents at a public meeting; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in com-
14 pliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior
15 to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any unit on the development that
16 is the subject of the application.
—'7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE; COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised site plan for
Lakeside of Tamarac is approved subject to the following conditions:
20 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and spec-
21 ifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as shown on the revise
22 site plan dated. December 17, 1982.
23 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from the
24 date of this approval. If the development does not commence construction within
one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
�i C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does not dis-
28 charge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City Council
29 consents to modify any of the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the development

order are set forth following:
1. The site plan shall become void on April 22, 1983
33 approved revision to the site plan.

2. New upgraded landscape plan shall be submitted and reviewed by the
Council prior to February'12, 1983.
3. The new landscape plan shall include up to an additional 10 percent of
the original required beautification.
4. An estimated cost.sheet for the required beautification must be sub-
mitted.
5. No permit of any kind will be issued until the fees for inspection have
been paid.
6. Parking lot lighting and dumpster requirements shall be as per the Code.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this development order be
declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall
determine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval
shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This development order as conditioned shall become effective
immeidately upon passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 12th day of January, 1983.
