CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-K3-116
A RESOLUTION RE-ESTABLISHING THE POSITIONS OF CITY
PHOTOGRAPHER AND ASSISTANT CITY PHOTOGRAPHER; SETTING
FORTH POWERS AND DUTIES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF CITY PHOTOGRAPHER AND ASSISTANT CITY
PHOTOGRAPHER
There is hereby re --established the positions of City Photographer and
Assistant City Photographer. The appointees shall be appointed by Resolution, shall
serve with no compensation and at the pleasure of the City Council.
SECTION 2: THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE CITY PHOTOGRAPHER AND ASSISTANT
CITY PHOTOGRAPHER
The City Photographer and Assistant City Photographer shall be empowered
to take photographs at all City functions.
SECTION 3: APPOINTMENTS
That Samuel„ Tepper is hereby appointed to the position of City
Photographer for a period to expire May 11, 1984
That Norman Karr is hereby appointed to the position of
Assistant City Photographer for a period to expire May 11, 1984
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
