CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY MONTWOOD, INC.,
FOR WOODMONT SIDEWALK INSTALLATION
'WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 17,430- 63
was posted by Montwood, Inc., Letter of Credit No. 1402-00302148,
for Woodmont Sidewalk installation
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 17,430.63
posted by Montwood, Inc., Letter of Credit No. 1402-00302143,
is hereby released.
