CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-83-ZeZ
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 2-5 of the City Code created a Board of
Consumer Affairs to consist of twelve (12) members;
WHEREAS, the terms of office of the present members of the
Board of Consumer Affairs have expired and it is the desire of the
Council to make such appointments to the Board of Consumer Affairs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,'
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby appointed
members of the Board of Consumer Affairs for terms to expire on
April 14, 1984
Nat Cohen Mary Di Candia
Peter Lawson Moni Avidon
Isaac Feldman Winifred Ostrum
Mannie Mishkin Harold Blank
Bernard Hart Joseph Sobel
Charles Fox Robert Shurr
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
