R - Y f .. r, o 3 A RESOLUTION ISSUING A REVISED DEVF1OPMENT ORDER FOR A REVISED SITE PIA14 FOR CENTRAL PLAZA A/K/A 4 3 LAKES PLAZA PROJECT. REVISED DEVF1 OPMFNT ORDER 140. 055-1; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicabl law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the applica- tion for a revised development order by the applicant for development approval; and 9 V11EREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the application, staf. 10 and Planning Commission recommendations; and 21 'V11EREAF, the City Council reviewed the revised development order and accompap 12 ina documents at a public meeting; and 13 WIITREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in compliancy 14 with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the 15 issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the subject of 16 the application. 7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised site plan for Central Plaza a/k/a 3 Lakes Plaza, prepared by D.M. Ambrose Associates, Inc., to 20 show a septic tank for the temporary sales trailer, is approved subject to the 21 following conditions: 22 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and specifi- 23 cations submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac and approved en(ineering .n , drawings. E. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from the date of this approval. If the development does not commence construction within onE 27 year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in accord- 2B ante with applicable regulations. 29 C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City Council consents i to zrodify any of the original requirements. 2 D. SECTION 3: This,development order as conditioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
