A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZI14G THE SALE OF SURPLUS
VEHICLE.
WHEREAS, the Police Chief has notified the City Council
that a 1978 Honda Motorcycle, Serial No. CB 550K2100, is not needed
for use by the City, and it is recommended this vehicle be declared
surplus and offered for sale through a competitive bid process; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to accept this recommenda-
tion and proceed to dispose of this vehicle in accordance with the
provisions of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 1978 Honda Motorcycle, Serial No.
CB 550K2100, described in the Notice of Sale attached hereto, is
declared to be surplus City property and is authorized to be offered
for sale through the solicitation for sealed bids.
SECTION 2: Bid award shall be subject to review and approval
of the City Council.

(AS IS CONDITION)
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA wishes to offer for sale, 1, 1978 HONDA
MOTORCYCLE SN-CB 550K2100.
The item offered for sale is on an "AS IS BASIS" and the City Of
Tamarac makes no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, as
to the operational or physical condition of this item.
The item may be inspected from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Monday thru
Friday at the Tamarac Public Work's Department, 5650 N.W. 88th. Ave.
Tamarac, Florida 33321. If further information is required, contact
Kenneth Friedrichs, 722-4210.
Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 2:00 P.M. on Monday May 3,
1982 to the office of the City Clerk and will be opened publicly
at that time in City Hall, 5811 N.W. 88th. Ave., Tamarac, Florida
33321.
Acceptance of any offer is subject to the approval of the Tamarac
City Council with the City reserving the right to reject any or all
offers..
Award will be made to the highest qualified bidder. The item is to
be removed with five (5) days after award is made. Removal shall take
place during normal working hours.
