CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BACK CHARGE RATES
FOR TAMARAC UTILITIES WEST SERVICES: AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is frequently necessary for Tamarac Utility.West officials
to perform work on private property, and,
WHEREAS, these costs are the responsibility of private property owners
or developers,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the schedule of charges for the services enumerated in
the preceding paragraphs and as shown on the page marked Exhibit A and attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby adopted and shall be charged until
such time as said rates are modified by further resolution of the City Council.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Zday of 1982.
