BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by City National Bank of Miami, under the provisions of Trust No. 5003183, and Montwood, Inc., for all the Water Distribution and Sewer Collection System Improvements within the public rights -of -way and/or utility easements within Woodmont Tract 47, as recorded in Plat Book 108, Page 2 of the Public Records of Broward County, is HEREBY ACCEPTED. Copy of said Bill of Sale Absolute is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
