A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A VJIR ANTY
BOND NO. K00793966 POSTED BY H.L.R.,INC., FOR
PUBLIC DIPROVErENTS FOR SPRINGLAKE I PROJECT.
T+EEREAS, a warranty bond No. K00793966 in the amount of $87,745.00
was posted by H.L.R.Jrric., for public improvements for Springlake I Project;
Tn1HM S, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found the
work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, T EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond No. K00793966 in the amount of
$87,745.00 posted by H.L.R.,Inc., for public improvements for Springlake I Project
is HEREBY RELEASED.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of `�L%� 1982.
