RESOLUTION NO. Rj�o2—g
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ACTING CITY ATTORNEY AND
ACTING ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, STATE OF FLORIDA:
1. That Alan F. Ruf is hereby named Acting City Attorney,
effective April 5, 1982 at his approved rate of pay, and Chris Carsky is
named Acting Assistant City Attorney effective April 5, 1982 at the same rate
of pay as established for Mr. Ruf.
2. Mr. Ruf and Miss Carsky shall serve in their designated
capacities until such time as a permanent City Attorney commences his employ-
ment with the City.
3. This resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 24th day of MARCH, 1982.
