3 A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 82-55
WHICH CALLED LETTER OF CREDIT NO. SB-027
4 WITH INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, AS SURETY, AND
STATE GENERAL CONTRACTOR, INC., AS
5 PRINCIPAL, IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,260.00,
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT ONECIO PERERA
SHOPPING CENTER IN TAMARAC, FLORIDA; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Resolution R-82-55 called Letter of Credit No. SB-027

with Intercontinental
Bank, as Surety, and State General Contractor,

Inc., as Principal, in
the amount of $11,260.00, for public improve-

ments at Onecio Perera
Shopping Center, Tamarac, Florida; and
12
WHEREAS, the Letter
of Credit has been extended for a term of
13
one month to April 5,
1982; and
14
WHEREAS, the extention
of the Letter of Credit is acceptable to
15
the City.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That
Resolution R-82-55 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: This
Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
