1 CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
Z RESOLUTION NO. R- �2
3 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AT
4 NORTHWOOD II PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, HLR, Inc., as Principal, and Continental Illinois
l National Bank. and Trust Company of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with
8 the City an Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 6121355 in the amount of
9 $22,•255.00 to guarantee drainage improvements at Northwood II Project;
14 and
11 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
IZ satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of said Letter of
13 Credit upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
14 $10,881.00 and payment of additional engineering fees in the amount of
15 $1,733.56.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
7 FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 6121355
i posted by HLR, Inc., as Principal, and Continental Illinois National
Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, as Surety, in the amount of
$22,255.00, for drainage improvements at Northwood II Project, is
33I HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $10,881.00 and payment of additional engineering fees in the

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
