CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. -R- Q
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED
BY MONTWOOD, INC., 7801 N.W. 80 AVENUE, FOR WOODMONT TRACT 62
ENTRANCE SIGNS.
WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., has requested a waiver
from'the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Montwood, Inc., 7801 N.W. 80 Avenue, for Woodmont Tract 62 project,
for two permanent ground signs, one on the north side and one on the south
side of the entrance, on Banyan ;.gay, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): A10 ✓i!',—'
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
