CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. -R- yo2-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED
BY LAKES OF CARRIAGE HILLS, INC., 6180 ROCK ISLAND ROAD.
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc., has requested a waiver
from'the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc., 6180 Rock Island Road,
for a temporary directional sign on the northeast corner of Commercial Boulevarr
approximately 150-feet east of the Saba Palm Country Club Pro hop, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): Waiver granted for a
period of one (1) year. Sign is to be a maximum length of six (6) feet,
including the arrow.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
