CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. -R- Z?—t1P3
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAIVER TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE REQUESTED
BY VERSAILLES GARDENS, 8051 COLONY CIRCLE SOUTH.
WHEREAS, Versailles Gardens has requested a waiver
from'the Sign Ordinance NO. 80-34 (Code Section 21) governing signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Versailles Gardens, 8051 Colonv Circle South.
for a temporary directional sign on Lot 7, Block 34 of McNab Commercial
Subdivision No. 2, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): Sign approved for a
period not to exceed one year, the size of the sign to be no larger than

24 square feet with 3 feet of clearance beneath the sign for visibility and
setback a ndnimam of 10 feet from the right-of-way in any direction.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
