CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY FRENZ ENTERPRISES,INC., FOR SLUDGE
REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL AT TAMARAC UTILITY'PLANTS
1 AND 4 UNDER BID NO. 80-35; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Frenz Enterprises, Inc., as Principal, and Florida Farm Bureau
Mutual Insurance Co., as Surety, has filed with the City Performance Bond LB
659584 in the amount of $16,538.88 to guarantee removal and disposal of sludge
frcrn cleaning plants 1 and 4 at Tamarac Utilities West under Bid No. 80-35; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and has recce mended release of said performance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the performance bond No. LB 659584 posted by Frenz Enter-
prises, Inc., as Principal, and Florida Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co., as
Surety, in the amount of $16,538.88, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this l0 day of1982.
