CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-Jo2-65�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE
OFFICIALS TO CALL THE BOND POSTED BY
STATE GMgERA_L CON'I'RAMR, INC . , FOR
ONECIO PERERA SHOPPING CENTER; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.- --

WHEREAS, State General Contractor, Inc., as principal, has filed with
the City an Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. SB-027, with Intercontinental Bank,
as surety, thereunder to guarantee on -site and off -site improvements at Onecio
Perera Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, the Letter of Credit is due to expire and there is not properly
completed work; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not properly
completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. SB-027 posted by
State General Contractor, Inc., as principal and Intercontinental Bank, as surety
is hereby called by the City of Tamarac.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall became effective upon the failure of
State General Contractor, Inc. to renew the bond by March 1, 1982, or the failure of
_State General Contractor, Inc. to complete all work bonded to the satisfaction of
the City Engineer by March 1, 1982.
SECTION 4: This Resolution is effective upon adoption.
