CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-J;L-5o
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT B & M
RESTAURANT, INC., d/b/a SPIRO'S DINER, 4949
NORTH STATE ROAD 7, TAMARAC; PETITION #1-Z-82;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exception
to permit the
consumption of beer and wine on
the premises at
B & M Restaurant,
d/b/a Spiro's
Diner, 4949 North State Road 7,
Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given an
opportunity to express their views concerning the application for Special Excep-
tion; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition for
special exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to permit the
consumption of beer and wine at B & M Restaurant, Inc., d/b/a Spiro's Diner, 4949
North State Road 7, Tamarac is approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval
1. No sale after 2:00 A.M. local time.
2. License is not transferable.
3. To be served with food service only.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
