R-82-5 2 A RESOLUTIONGRANTING A LIMITED ViAIVER.OF PARKING 3 FOR TAMARAC PLAZA, 7300-7310 MCNAB ROAD, TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE 4 .WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides that Council may 5 grant a limited waiver of the off-street parking and loading requirements whenever a hardship would exist by adhering to strict application thereof, and further provides that the waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and welfare of the $ citizens of the City; and 9 10 11 OTIS] WHEREAS, a hardship exists at Tamarac Plaza, 7300-7310 McNab Road,Tamarac; WHEREAS, the Planning Conrnission has held a public hearing thereon and has 17 made a reccmTendation; and 33 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the limited waiver 14 requested in the application of Tamarac Plaza, 7300-7310 McNab Read, Tamarac. 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: 16 SECTION 1: That the application for Tamarac Plaza, 7300-7310 McNab Road, 17 Tamarac, is HEREBY APPROVED, and such limited waiver would not be detrimental to the public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City. SECTION 2: C014DITIONS (if any): Waiver of parking spaces approved for the 20 number of rentals that currently exist as shown on the attached exhibits "A" and "B". 21 However, any additional rentals requesting occupational licenses would be those under 22 City Ordinances requiring no greater parking than 1 to 200. 23 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption. 24 25 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 13th day of Jan , 1982. 26 � - ATTEST: YO 27 J - 2$ NssisTANT CITY CLERK 29 I HEREBY CERTIFY that I have approved the form and correctness "^ of this Resolution.
