CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-,&- j
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
CASH BOND POSTED BY VISUAL GRAPHICS CORPORATION
FOR STALE AND DRAINAGE MODIFICATIONS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, a warranty cash bond in the amount of $1,250.00 was posted by
Visual Graphics Corporation for swale and drainage modifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found the work
satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said warranty cash bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said warranty cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty cash bond in the amount of $1,250.00 posted
by Visual Graphics Corporation for swale and drainage modifications is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
