CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT CORAL GABLES
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION - COLONY
WEST BRANCH; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Andrew H. Warner, Inc., as Principal, and Seaboard Surety Company
as Surety, has filed with the City a Surety Bond in the amount of $3,725.00 to
guarantee public improvements at Coral Gables Federal Savings and Loan Association
- Colony West Branch; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been
completed and has recommended release of said Surety Bond upon receipt of a one-
year warranty bond in the amount of $931.25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TANARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Surety Bond posted by Andrew H. Warner, Inc., as
Principal, and Seaboard Surety Company as Surety, in the amount of $3,725.00 for
public improvements at Coral Gables Federal Savings and Loan Association, is
HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$931.25.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
adoption.
