CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-YP �/
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
BY UNITED FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION FOR
A TEMPORARY ENTRANCE ROAD; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, United Federal Savings and Loan Association has filed with the
City a cash performance bond in the amount of $699.89 to guarantee a temporary
entrance road; and
VffHREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactor
ccinpleted and has recommended release of said cash performance bond upon
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $174.97 and payment of
additional Engineering Fees in the amount of $275.64.
NOW, 'I'HMI.ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Performance Bond posted by United Federal
Savings and Loan Association in the amount of $699.89, for a temporary entrance road,
is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty cash bond in the amount
of $174.97 and the payment of additional Engineering fees in the amount of $275.64.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall became effective immediately upon
adoption.
