CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R 9 9 - 35'�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A VUMAI\M BOND POSTED FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MONTWOOD, INC., FOR WOODMONT
TRACT 47; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Montwood, Inc., as Principal, the First National Bank of Chicago,
as surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No. 1402-00302149 in the amount
of $80,036.81 to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract 47; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended release of said Letter of
Credit subject to remedial repairs being copleted by January 3, 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 1402-00302149 posted by Montwooc
Inc., as Principal, and The First National Bank of Chicago, as surety, in the amoui�
of $80,036.81 to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract 47, is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to remedial repairs being completed by January 3, 1983.
SECTION 2: That if the repairs as enumerated in Section 1 above are not
completed by January 3, 1983, and if the Letter of Credit is not extended because
of these uncompleted repairs, then the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to call said Letter of Credit.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this IdaAle day of 1982.
