CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R4,2
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A WARRANTY
BOND POSTED BY H.L.R., INC., FOR NORTHWOOD II
CULVERT CROSSING
'WHEREAS, a warranty bond in the amount of $ 10,881.00
was posted by H.L.R., Inc., Letter of Credit No. 6121355,
for Northwood II culvert crossing ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found
the work satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, the City COuncil desires to release said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:That the warranty bond in the amount of $ 10,881.00
posted by H.L.R., Inc., Letter of Credit No. 6121355,
is hereby released. �/
