A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
BY LAST CHANCE, INC., FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT
SUNNILAND BANK (FORMERLY FIRST STATE BANK); AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Performance Bond No. 023-SB-032961-BCA in the amount of $65,430.63
posted by Last Chance,Inc., c/o William B. Leonard, for public improvements at
Sunniland Bank, was released by Resolution 79-260 subject to receipt of a one-year
warranty bond; and
WHEREAS, a one-year warranty bond was not received and the performance bond
was held during the warranty period; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made an inspection and has found the work
satisfactory and, accordingly, recommends release of said performance bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release said performance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the performance bond in the amount of $65,430.63, posted by
Last Chance, Inc., c/o William B. Leonard, Bond No. 023-SB-032961-BCA, posted for
public improvements at Sunniland Bank, is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this. day of 1982.
