CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-82-�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH
BOND POSTED FOR KINGS POINT PROFESSIONAL
PLAZA TEMPORARY PLATTING WAIVER; ACKNOWLEDG-
ING CANCELLATION OF A HOLD HARMLESS AND
LICENSE AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, F&R Builders, Inc., posted a $17,500.00 cash bond as
security for construction and demolition of models at Kings Point
Professional Plaza as a condition for approval of a temporary plattinS
waiver; and
WHEREAS, the terms of the Hold Harmless and License Agreement
by F&R Builders, Inc., for Kings Point Professional Plaza temporary
platting waiver and models have been complied with, thereby voiding
the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release the cash bond and
acknowledge cancellation of the Hold Harmless and License Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Hold Harmless and License Agreement is
hereby null and void.
SECTION 2: That the cash bond in the amount of $17,500.00
posted as a condition for approval of a temporary platting waiver is
hereby released.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
